  In nearly new musical condition. Having lived here most of its life in Albuquerque it is happily acclimated to our unique climate and ought to provide decades of musical enjoyment to its new owners. The previous owner was transferred out of the country and sadly, couldn’t take it with him. This Opus ll model OPV470P studio upright piano is in excellent condition – structurally and aesthetically. It wasn’t played very much so there is minimal wear in the action and trapwork. We didn’t have to do too much in the 88 Keys restoration shop to prep it for sale, just a concert tuning, thorough cleaning and minor action regulation. We will be happy to offer a two-year warranty.

The piano has a pretty and mellow tone-quality. Being a taller studio upright, the bass is robust. The tenor is rich and resonant. The treble has a nice and clear bell-like quality. The sustain time is lengthy given the longer strings and larger area in the soundboard. The action plays accurately, expressively and responsively. The middle pedal is a muffler or practice function. The music rack is especially long for musical scores. The original bench with music storage is included. So is local, first-floor professional delivery.
